Living in an apartment is amazing, but neighborly noise can be frustrating from time to time. If you ever have a concern that we can assist you with please call the office or stop by. |Recommended: YesClean, Safe, fast respond, understanding, dog friendly and it's in overland park downtown very close to everything — I definitely love living at avenue 80. It's SAFE. I am a single mom and knowing that no one can just enter the apartment is a relief itself. Very clean, I see a cleaning crew every morning almost before work. The office is very helpful. They respond to my request very fast. Thank you again
|Recommended: YesGreat property in a convenient location — We really loved living at Avenue80 Although, due to a work move, it was short-lived we couldn't have had a better experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and timely in assistance. The property is very pet friendly, family friendly, and suits any lifestyle. Walls are practically cement - couldn't hear your neighbors a bit The parking garage was so worth it, as parking around the area is limited. There are spots in the back but no guarantees they'll be open. We had no problems with our unit, a studio style on the ground floor. It had more storage than expected and the in-unit w d were the selling point for me Sad to be leaving KC and will be searching for something similar in our next city
|Recommended: YesNice place to live — It's a beautiful place to live, staff is extremely friendly and there are many amenities offered. I love the location because it's walking distance from the farmers market, restaurants, bars and shops. I live alone and I never feel scared, avenue 80 does a great job of making the residents feel safe and secure.
My only complaint is the monthly price of parking - 100 a month feels steep for as much as we already pay in rent. That being said, I still really appreciate the fact that we have a parking garage that is safe and secure. Like any apartment, there are minor issues that come up with the building, but they are things that are simply out of the staffs control. They always keep us updated on whats going on and the progress they are making to resolve them and I think that is very impressive.
