|Recommended: YesPros and Cons — Like any apartment you have a good list and bad. The good is the Staff, and especially the maintenance team. Maintenance has always been on top of it. Same with the staff they are quick to respond, and get on top of any issue. The amenities also seem nice. However, I do not really use them. I do not hear anyone else unless I am in the hallway. Parking will be an issue for anyone who does not pay for a garage. I wish I had a legit garage for the price, but it is what it is. Other residents are nice and friendly. Sometimes dogs can be a little obnoxious, but it is not really a big deal for me. For the price, and the area I do not think Ave 80 has any competition.

One of my favorite parts of living here is we can have our grandchildren over to visit and I don't feel like they have to be super quiet. We can't hear anything from inside our apartment The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They always respond quickly to our needs We love it here
|Recommended: YesWe've loved our time here, but have some suggestions — We've had a few minor issues with amenities being maintained. For example, the gym sanitizing wipes are frequently empty, the heat lamps in the pool area have not worked for us and we would love to be using them for social distancing, every time I go up to the rooftop the fireplace remote is missing, and one of the peloton bikes has been broken for a long amount of time. Overall, we've enjoyed our living space and would recommend the apartment to friends. On a personal note - we would love it if other residents would not be displaying offensive political signs in public spaces such as the pool area and think this should be addressed.
